<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of performing the analysis of a system of mixed microorganisms simply in a short time and coping with a trouble of the system of the mixed microorganisms quickly. <P>SOLUTION: The method for monitoring comprises collecting a specimen of the mixed microorganisms from the system of the mixed microorganisms, analyzing the genes of the specimen with a T-RFLP method, calculating the degree of resemblance among analyzed data based on the analyzed data and past analyzed data by using a multi-dimensional measuring method and estimating the state of system of the mixed microorganism by comparing these degrees of resemblances. By performing the method periodically or at an optional time point, a search for a cause is initiated in the case that the degree of the resemblance related to the analyzed data gets out of a range of degree of the resemblance previously set. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
