PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an iced water cooler preventing or suppressing proliferation of various germs in a cooling tank and attaining sanitary cooling of foods. SOLUTION: This iced water cooler is provided with an insulating water tank 15 for storing iced water and cools packed foods put in the insulation water tank 15. This iced water cooler is provided with an electrolytic water production device 15 feeding hypochlorous acid to the insulating water tank 15 so as to prevent or suppress the proliferation of the saprophyte by the hypochlorous acid fed to the insulating water tank 15 and attain the sanitary cooling of the foods.
