PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the rattling of a hub brake device when installed by minimizing a clearance between a bracket fixing part and a locking part in the mounting structure of the hub brake device. SOLUTION: This mounting structure of the hub brake device for mounting the brake device for bicycle on the frame of the bicycle comprises a fixed bracket 30f, the bracket fixing member 25f, and an insert member 19. The fixed bracket 30f comprises a base part 34a in which a hub shaft is passed through, an arm part 34b substantially radially extending from the base part, and a locking part 34c formed at the tip of the arm part, and installs the brake device on a front fork. The bracket fixing member is fixed to the front fork, and a locking space into which the locking part is lockingly inserted is formed therein. The insert member comprises a pair of first contact parts fitted from the tip of the locking part and a second contact part formed so as to be bent from either of the pair of first contact parts and brought into contact with the side part of the locking part, and is disposed in the locking space in the fitted state to the locking part.
