PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To render a fastening pin in a tentatively fixed state not pushed into a fastening position by mistake. SOLUTION: Even when a force is applied to the fastening pin 20 in the tentatively fixed state in a pushing direction, a disk part 32 of a third engaging part 23 coming into contact with an upper end of a second protrusive part 46 of an inner peripheral face of a connection part B of a bottom side renders the fastening pin 20 not pushed into by mistake. A first protrusive part 34 of the third engaging part 23 resiliently engaging with a first recess part 41 of an inner peripheral face of a connection part A of a cover side makes the fastening pin 20 not rotate freely. Pushing the fastening pin 20 into the fastening position requires intentionally (actively) turning the fastening pin 20 counterclockwise by a right angle to fit a second recess part 35 of the third engaging part 23 with the second protrusive part of the inner peripheral face of the connection part B of the bottom side.
