PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize borderless writing by an inexpensive configuration in an ink jet registering device. SOLUTION: A tilting face 31 tilting in the direction to separate from an ink delivery nozzle arrangement face of an ink delivery head 13 to include a part opposite to a writable region of the ink delivery head 13 at a platen 6 is formed on the platen 6 towards the direction in which a body waste ink absorber 28 is arranged in a sheet transfer direction below the platen 6. For holding a rear face of a sheet so that a writing face of the front side of the sheet is opposite to the ink delivery nozzle arrangement face of the ink delivery head 13, a plurality of ribs 30 are formed at the tilting face 31 to extend in the sheet transfer direction respectively. Moreover, the plurality of ribs 30 are disposed at predetermined intervals in the direction which intersects the sheet transfer direction. A part of each rib 30 is missing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
