SUBSTANCE: method involves applying antiseptic onto plant product surface, antiseptic being in the form of saturated aqueous solution of preparation produced from Mortierella polycephala micromycet biomass by predetermined process. EFFECT: simplified process for preparing and use of antiseptic.
