<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Japanese vermicelli which has pliant elasticity and excellent aging stability and which contains fish and can be smoothly swallowed. <P>SOLUTION: The Japanese vermicelli including fish and starch contains (1) 02-12 pts.wt. of the starch per 1 pt.wt. of the fish 1, and (2) 10-30 wt.% of the starches per the total weight of the Japanese vermicelli. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
