Controller circuit for a half-bridge converter

The direct current power supply is connected to the positive input terminal (J3) and the negative input terminal (J1). A first transistor (T1) is connected between the positive terminal and an alternating current output terminal (J2). A second transistor (T2) is connected between this terminal and the negative terminal. The half-bridge output voltage (U HB) is applied to these two terminals. A control circuit (1) produces a square-wave output (2) which is applied to a level-shift transistor (T3), and a circuit with a diode (D1) and transistor (T4).
