PURPOSE: A touch panel and a driving device thereof are provided to improve durability of the touch panel and to correct the detected voltage due to the distortion of an upper sheet coated by a transparent conductive layer. CONSTITUTION: An upper transparent substrate is coated by the upper transparent conductive layer(32). A lower transparent substrate is coated by a lower transparent conductive layer(34). A detection electrode(D) is formed to one side on an edge of a short axis direction of the upper transparent conductive layer. An X-axis electrode pair(X1,X2) is formed to both edges of the short axis direction of the lower transparent conductive layer. A Y-axis electrode pair(Y1,Y2) is formed to both edges of a long axis direction of the lower transparent conductive layer. An X and a Y-axis reference electrode pair(Zx1,Zx2,Zy1,Zy2) formed to more than one of a lower part in a lengthwise direction of the X-axis electrode pair and a right part in a widthwise direction of the Y-axis electrode pair correct an X and a Y-coordinate. |
