METHOD FOR PROVIDING SMS BY INTERNET CALL CENTER

PURPOSE: A method for providing an SMS(Short Message Service) by an Internet call center is provided to secure the convenience of an Internet call center user through an Internet telephony network by transmitting a short message in a call center service. CONSTITUTION: A user client uses an Internet call center service through an Internet call center service interface provided by an Internet call center service member company. The user client transmits a short message to an SMS server(407). The SMS server(407) retrieves a database(405) on the basis of a mobile communication terminal number included in the short message, confirms whether the received short message is a short message to be transmitted to a registered mobile communication terminal of the Internet call center service member company, and performs recipient authentication. Authentication is performed between the SMS server(407) and an SMS gateway(409). The SMS server(407) transmits the short message to a mobile communication terminal(411) corresponding to the mobile communication terminal number through the SMS gateway(409).
