A mobile phone terminal locking program uses a DES (Data Encryption Standard) or hashing process to calculate (I) a code based on the IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Number) or ICCid (Integrated Circuit identification) of a subscriber SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card and a PIN (Personal Identification Number), detects the insertion in the card reader of a new card, requests (II) a new PIN and locks operation if it does not agree with the original data.
