PURPOSE: A method of producing fermented soybean paste containing pilose antler by mixing pilose antler powder with unripened fermented soybean paste is provided. Therefore, the product is removed from the characteristic taste of pilose antler while having pharmacological effects of pilose antler. CONSTITUTION: Fermented soybean paste is prepared by adding 1 to 20 parts by weight of pilose antler(Cervi Parvum Cornu) powder to 100 parts by weight of unripened fermented soybean paste and then aging. The pilose antler powder is obtained by adding 1 to 5 parts by weight of alcohol to 100 parts by weight of pilose antler powder and then roasting for about 5 to 10min. |
