<p>The invention relates to a process for producing a water-soluble capsule used for packaging a detergent composition for laundry washing machines. According to the invention, the process consists in the following finishing steps: - placing a first film foil into a forming die (2), having at least one cavity (4); - heating the film; - modelling the film in at least one cavity (4), thereby forming at least one chanelling into the film; - introducing a product, to be packed especially a detergent composition, into at least one of the formed chanellings; - sealing by means of a second film foil over at least one formed chanelling in order to produce at least a closed capsule, one or each cavity (4) in the forming die (2) having a curved edge (10) at least a portion of the curved edge being made of an elastic material (12) over which the film is cast into the cavity.</p> |
