<p>The noxious elements are removed before evacuation into the atmosphere. An oxidant and a 1 - 2c alcohol jet contg. are sprayed into the confined jet during a sufficient period to mix them. The mixture is ignited to eliminate the noxious element. Specifically, the alcohol concentration does not exceed that of a 50% aqueous solution.
