<p>A first reference vibration generator (1) receives a transmission wave from all the reference vibration generators (1) including the first one (1) as a transmission/reception wave kk0∑Pi (∑ is the sum from i=1 to N). An amplifier (3) amplifies the transmission/reception wave. The amplified transmission/reception wave is superposed on a part Pi of the output from a limit cycle vibration circuit, and the sum is inputted into the limit cycle vibration circuit to cause limit cycle vibration. The limit cycle vibration circuit transmits a part Qj=k0Pj of the output to the outside. By generating limit cycle vibration in cooperation of the whole system, the transmission wave is automatically modulated. Thus mutual synchronization of the reference vibration generators built in or added to a large number of distributed system units.</p> |
