FIELD: medicine, obstetrics. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out dopplerometric assay to determine resistance indices of circulation rates curves (CRC) in fetal middle cerebral artery (MCA) both before and after functional sampling at interrupted breathing. At decreased resistance indices of CRC in fetal MCA one should conduct delivery through natural parturient canal, and either at increased resistance indices of CRC in fetal MCA or at no alterations it is necessary to choose Caesarean operation. The method enables to increase accuracy in choosing the tactics of delivery and shorten terms of survey. EFFECT: higher efficiency of choice. 2 ex, 4 tbl |
