PURPOSE: A fluorescent lamp for radiating anions is provided to radiate only anions without radiating harmful ozone by improving a structure of the fluorescent lamp. CONSTITUTION: A fluorescent lamp for radiating anions includes a fluorescent lamp(1), a lamp shade(2), and anion radiation powders(3). The anion radiation powders(3) are coated on the fluorescent lamp(1) or the lamp shade(2). The anion radiation powders(3) are formed with one or more kinds or two or more kinds elements which are selected from rare earth elements such as monazite, bastnasite, and xenotime, rare earth element oxides such as lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium, promethium, samarium, europium, gadolinium, dysprosium, holmium, erbium, thulium, ytterbium, ruthenium, scandium, and yttrium, and tourmalline such as dravite, schori, elbaite, and uvite.
