PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information managing method, an information management system, a server, a terminal and an information management program which protect the privacy of a service receiver as much as possible and can accurately cope with a change in circumstances of the service receiver when a service is provided for the service receiver. SOLUTION: A user terminal 403 gives an answer while giving consideration to personal information of the service receiver 404 based on question information transmitted from a provider server 402, and the provider server 402 which has received the answer classifies the service receiver 404 and provides service information based on the classification.
