<p>A photoelectric conversion device of relatively simple structure that enables reducing conductor loss by electrical resistance and loss of incident light energy. In particular, photoelectric conversion device (16A) comprising conductive layer (2), electrolyte layer (3) in contact with the conductive layer (2), charge separation layer (4), transparent conductive layer (5) in contact with the charge separation layer (4), metal wiring (7) and convex lenses (8) capable of condensing incident light (15) on openings (20) provided in the metal wiring (7), wherein the incident light (15) is condensed on the charge separation layer (4) by the convex lenses (8) and wherein electrons generated by photoelectric conversion are led out through low-resistance metal wiring (17).</p> |
