An insurance contract support system using a device which helps a person capable of selling insurance such as an agent talk with a customer at any time at any place for concluding an insurance contract and whose maintenance need not be performed by the agent. A management device (2) and a terminal device (3) of insurance contract are arranged in such a manner that they can be connected to each other via a network (4). The management device (2) stores insurance related information related to the contract conclusion business or the like and is connected to an unspecified or a specific terminal device (3) so as to acquire terminal identification information identifying the type of terminal device. The management device (2) transmits insurance related information or the like so that it can be utilized in any type of the terminal device according to the terminal identification information, thereby supporting the business related to the contract application through the terminal device.
