<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a magnetic material for high frequency having high Q which can be burned at a lower temperature than that for conventional materials and exhibits low magnetic loss in high-frequency region, and to obtain a magnetic material for a high-frequency impedance element in which transmission signals are not removed even when used in a high-frequency region of 100 MHz or higher. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic material for high frequency has a composition represented by the formula: 2(Zn<SB>0.5-x</SB>Cu<SB>0.5</SB>A<SB>x</SB>)O 2BaO yFe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>(wherein x and y each denotes a molar ratio; 0<x≤0.3 and 5≤y≤6; and A is at least one or more elements selected from Co, Mn, Mg and Ni). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
