<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sealing roll for a packaging machine, which enables a driving shaft and a heat roll to be reliably fixed and fitted to each other and to be easily separated from each other. <P>SOLUTION: When a heat roll 3 is not heated, the heat roll 3 and a driving shaft 2 are in a loosely fitted state. When the heat roll 3 is heated to 100-230°C, the heat roll 3 and the driving shaft 2 are kept in a fixedly fitted state. For inplementing these functions, the thermal expansion coefficient of a material for the driving shaft 2 is set higher than that of a material for the heat roll 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
