PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clinical examination system capable of inputting measurement results of a specimen simultaneously in a lump even if a diluted specimen and an ordinary specimen are mixed together, and advancing efficiently an examination work by preventing mistake of the specimen or by facilitating complicated specimen handling such as preparation of the diluted specimen. SOLUTION: This clinical examination system is equipped with a necessary liquid quantity determination module 111 for determining the liquid quantity (necessary liquid quantity) of the specimen necessary for examination, a specimen liquid quantity input module 112 for inputting the liquid quantity of the specimen prepared for each measurement by an analytical device, a dilution ratio calculation module 113 for calculating the dilution ratio from the necessary liquid quantity and the specimen liquid quantity, a measurement result reception module 114 for receiving the measurement result outputted from the analytical device, a correction necessity determination module 115 for determining necessity of correction to the measurement result, and a measurement result correction module 116 for correcting the measurement result by using the dilution ratio and calculating the corrected result.
