PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermocouple wire for accurately measuring a temperature of a minute part in quick response. SOLUTION: Extra fine thermocouple wires having a diameter of 25-50μm are welded and jointed to tips of thermocouple original wires having a diameter of 200μm. A spherical part formed from fused tips of the extra fine thermocouple wires is pressed and flattened, and a disc temperature measurement part is formed.
