PURPOSE: A bit line precharge voltage generator is provided, which improves a stability of a circuit operation by preventing the increase of a bit line precharge voltage. CONSTITUTION: According to the bit line precharge voltage generator, a driving par(43) comprises the first and the second switch connected serially between an internal voltage port and a ground port and outputs a bit line precharge voltage of a constant level according to the first and the second control signal applied to the first and the second switch respectively. The first bias part(41) controls the first control signal to have a potential having a lower level than a potential of the internal voltage port and controls the second control signal to have a potential having a higher level than a ground potential. And the second bias part(42) increases the first control signal to a potential level of the internal voltage port and decreases the second control signal to the ground potential level according to a precharge driving enable signal enabled during a precharge operation.
