METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING POLY TRIMETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE FALSE TWIST CONJUGATE YARN HAVING NO TORQUE

PURPOSE: False twist conjugate yarn is made into poly trimethylene terephthalate filament. The false twist yarn has excellent stain resistance, bulkiness, drapability and texture. A method for manufacturing the false twist yarn is capable of not having residual torque, giving super crimp, preventing snarl and inclination of yarn and increasing productivity. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing the false twist conjugate yarn is as follows: drawing two groups of the poly trimethylene terephthalate filaments; false-twisting the filaments groups with an S-Z simultaneous false twisting disc; and then confounding the false twist conjugate yarn.
