PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent base deformation through connection plates, in a slide unit connecting end parts of a base and a rodless cylinder by connection plates with the base and the rodless cylinder provided in parallel. SOLUTION: The connection plate 22 and an end cap 8 of the rodless cylinder 4 are positioned only in the width direction of the slide unit by the fitting of a positioning pin 25 and bushes 21, 24, and an end cap 7 and the connection plate 2 corresponding thereto are integrally connected by connection bolts 18. Thereby, even if rigidity of the rodless cylinder 4 is large, the base 1 is not deformed through the connection plates 2, 22 by the rigidity, and reduction of straightness of a linearly guiding rail 30 provided on the base 1 or the deformation of a installation reference face when a side face 1b is set to be the reference face is prevented to allow installation to other members with high accuracy.
