A stent in the form of a three-dimensional body consists of interwoven threads (1) arranged as multiple turns in a helix. The threads (1) are arranged in at least two groups (2 and 3) of turns in the helix, having opposite directions of rotation. The ends of the stent (5) consist of zones for the transition of the turns of one helix into the turns of the other helix, which are formed from a single length of thread.
