<p>A gasket (21) for ball valves (1), wherein both lateral sides (19, 23 ) of said gasket (21) have an oblique segment (19A, 23A) which is directed towards the gasket centre and defines with the adjacent lateral side (19, 23) an equal angle (ß) of, for example, 20°. Therefore, said gasket presents a symmetric cross section with improved axial springing features with respect to the shutter (6). The opening/closing twisting moment of the valve (1) is reduced and the loading of the gaskets during the valve assembling is facilitated.</p> |
