SHADOW MASK, FLAT PANEL DISPLAY MANUFACTURED USING IT, AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat panel display having high open area ratio and a simple manufacturing process and its manufacturing method using a shadow mask capable of preventing deformation and sagging of the shadow mask caused by a tensile force.

SOLUTION: The shadow mask for manufacturing the flat panel display comprises a substrate; multiple through-hole rows formed in the substrate as many rows; first through-hole rows arranged as odd-number-th through-hole rows; and second through-hole rows arranged as even-number-th through hole rows. The first through-hole rows are staggerdely arranged to the second through-hole rows, and bridges are disposed between the through-holes of the first through-hole rows and the through-holes of the second through-hole rows.
