<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure lubrication of a gear mechanism, in particular, a gear mechanism of a main shaft, and to remarkably reduce the weight of a transmission by reducing a lubrication oil amount in the casing of the transmission. <P>SOLUTION: This oil lubrication mechanism of the manual transmission 1 is so structured that the front part of a striking rod 6 disposed in the upper part of the casing 2 of the manual transmission 1 is shortened; an oil gutter 9 is disposed in front of the striking rod 6; and the gear mechanism 3 is lubricated by dripping lubrication oil O on the gear mechanism 3 from the oil gutter 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
