PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional accessory member which adequately makes rotational motion within a transparent hollow spherical body and various kinds of novel articles, such as accessories, writing utensils and toys, using the same. SOLUTION: The accessory member 4 which makes rotational motion within the transparent hollow spherical body has axial rods 3 made shorter than the internal diameter of the hollow spherical body 1 formed of a transparent plastic resin, etc., within the hollow spherical body and is sealed in with the three- dimensional accessory member 2 regulated to a size to prohibit the contact thereof with the interior of the spherical body 1 in spite of the rotational motion around the axial rods 3 by attaching the member to the axial rods 3.
