PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the influence of the spraying of electrolytically generated acidic water on a plant in a disease controlling method for the plant in the middle of growing which uses the electrolytically generated acidic water. SOLUTION: In the disease controlling method for controlling the disease damage of the plant in the middle of growing, the electrolytically generated acidic water is adopted as a disease controlling solution. The electrolytically generated acidic water is sprayed on the plant in the middle of growing and toward the new leaf side from a position close to old leaves by using a spray nozzle. The influence by the electrolytically generated acidic water on new buds and leaves having low resistance is suppressed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
