PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle packing device excellent in economy and productivity of the packing device, and easiness in carrying in a bicycle for the conveyance of an approximately completely assembled bicycle such as a 90% assembled bicycle or a finished bicycle. SOLUTION: The bicycle packing device 10 for carrying the bicycle 20 includes a saddle top 1 for holding at least the upper portion of a saddle 21 and a handle projecting board 2 projecting like a swell from the saddle top 1 to cover the upper portion of a handle 22. The device includes, for example, a handle holding member 6 formed by setting up the saddle top 1, the handle projecting board 2, a left side plate 3<SB>1</SB>, a right side plate 3<SB>2</SB>, a front plate 4<SB>1</SB>, a rear plate 4<SB>2</SB>and a bottom plate 5 into a box shape, wheel holding members 7 for a front wheel 23 and a rear wheel 24, and a carry handle 8.
