SUBSTANCE: proposed device has unit for delivery of compressed gas, housing with heating jacket, stirrer and spring-loaded valve-type injector located on bottom of housing also provided with heating jacket, nozzle, interrupter for closing outlet orifice of injector and circular passage for outlet of compressed gas to injector interrupter; baffle blades are provided in lower portion of interrupter over circumference.
