PURPOSE: A gas oven fired cooking equipment structure is provided to prevent a foodstuff from being burnt by a radiant heat, while shortening the cooking time and achieving improved cooking efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A gas oven fired cooking equipment comprises a support plate arranged in an oven box, and which has a guide member for guiding an oven fan; an oven burner(40) arranged underneath the support plate, and which generates a heat for cooking the foodstuff accommodated in the oven box; and a heat guide unit(60) arranged at both sides of the main body of the oven burner so as to guide, in a lateral direction, the heat generated from the oven burner. The heat guide unit includes a heat guide plate(61) having a predetermined slope; a shield plate(62) arranged on the heat guide plate; and a closing plate(63) for connecting the heat guide plate and the shield plate.
