<p>A powder coater in which an electromagnetic brush (14) is formed by carriers (10) stringing on the surface of a rotary shell (6) and powder paint (11) charged with the reverse polarity adheres to the carriers (10). When the electromagnetic brush (14) rotates together with the rotary shell (6) to reach the opening (3) of a container (1), the powder paint (11) is detached from the carriers (10) by an electric field formed between the rotary shell (6) and an article (12) being coated, and is transferred and adheres to the surface of the article (12) located at a position spaced apart by a specified distance D from the rotary shell (6).</p> |
