<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized coaxial shunt for current measurement capable of measuring a heavy current having a high frequency without aggravating responsiveness. <P>SOLUTION: This coaxial shunt for current measurement 10 is equipped with a cylindrical resistor 11, a cylindrical current return conductor 15 disposed coaxially on the outside of the resister 11 and having one end connected electrically to one end of the resistor 11, a first main circuit terminal 1 connected electrically to the other end of the resistor 11, a second main circuit terminal 2 connected electrically to the other end of the current return conductor 15, and a measuring terminal 6 connected to one end of the resistor 11.
