PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a wiring between a conductive layer and an external power source rationally with a simple structure, in an electrochromic device. SOLUTION: In the electrochromic device, an aperture part is provided in at least one substrate of substrates opposed to each other and the conductive layer formed on the substrate opposed thereto is connected with a driving power source.
