<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business process visualization method and system enabling the visual/quantitative/qualitative grasping of the present business. <P>SOLUTION: A business flow forming means 1201 forms blocks showing a plurality of works included in the business program of every work unit and provides a link line connecting the blocks to slow the process flow between blocks. Inputted transaction information related to business cost in every work unit is displayed around the respective blocks every work unit. A business cost list forming means 102 forms a business cost list showing the business costs every work unit, department and process of the business process.
