Nitrofurane derivs for chemotherapeutic - applications

Nitrofurane derivs, O2N-R-(CH=CH) -R'-N=CR1R2, (I), (where R = 2,5 - bonded furane ring; n = O or 1; R'= 1,2,4-triazine, 1,3,4-oxadiazole or 1,3,4-thiadiazole rings; R1 = H or alkyl; and R2 = mono- or dialkylamino, pyrrolidino, piperidino or morpholino), are synthesised from corresponding aminotriazine (-oxadiazole or - thiadiazole) derivs and Vilsmeier reagents R1R2CY X-(where X = Cl or Br and Y = Cl, Br, OPOCl2,OPOBr2, OSOCl or OSOBr), which are obtained from N-subst formamides and POX2, PX5, SOX2 or COCl2. Or the amino cpds may be condensed with aminoacetals R1R2C(OR3)2, where R3 = lower alkyl. The new derivs I have antibacterial properties with valuable chemotherapeutic applications.
