PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost integral type bicycle parking device allowing to effectively use a space for a bicycle parking lot and easily perform a series of operations such as parking, locking, unlocking with standing at ease. SOLUTION: This bicycle parking device is constituted of a body part 1 having an openable/closable holding mechanism 2 that can hold/lock a handle bar of a bicycle, and a supporting tool 4 having a balance mechanism 6 that can rest the body part 1 at an optional level by oscillatingly suspending and manually vertically moving it.
