Drilling data is processed by a control device (25) in order to provide feedback on a work parameter for the drilling unit (13). A work parameter for the drilling unit is then measured again and the resulting data is processed by the control device to provide more feedback, these two steps being repeated. An Independent claim is also included for a drilling device (1) used in conjunction with this method.
