FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, equipment for reprocessing of organic wastes into fertilizer. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has base and cylindrical drum provided with heat-insulating covering and mounted on supporting rolls for rotation by drive. Cylindrical drum is equipped with aeration system for aerating mass to be processed and with charging and discharge windows positioned in opposite end walls of drum. Circumferentially arranged equally spaced blades for feeding of ready compost to discharge window are fixed on drum end wall equipped with discharge window. Apparatus is further provided with frame mounted for rotation in vertical plane and extending through drum rotation axis. Drive and supporting rolls with drum are mounted on frame, which is fixed on base through pivotal supports at side adjacent to discharge window and by means of lifting power mechanism at the side adjacent to charging window of drum. Drum rotating drive is furnished with reversible electric engine. Blades for feeding of ready compost to discharge window are mounted in pairs on end wall, each pair of blades being inclined to opposite sides with respect to plane of symmetry extending through drum rotation axis.
