SUBSTANCE: proposed controller contains ac power source, for instance, synchronous generator set into rotation by thermal engine, control element, induction motor and cooling fan. Induction motor has phase-wound rotor, its stator winding is connected to power source and rotor winding, to frequency converter. Frequency converter is connected to power source and to frequency converter control unit connected with control element and rotor winding of induction motor.
