摘要 Production of a built-up coating on a component (12) made from a superalloy based on nickel or cobalt comprises depositing a compact (10) of nickel or cobalt powders; placing on the first compact (10) a second compact (11) comprising a mixture of nickel and aluminum powders; and treatment in a high-pressure furnace chamber (1) supplied with neutral gas under hydrostatic pressure up to 1.5 GPa. Production of a built-up coating on a component (12) made from a superalloy based on nickel or cobalt comprises: (a) depositing on at least one localized region of the component (12) a build-up element in the form of a compact (10) of powders based on nickel or cobalt; (b) placing on the first compact (10) a second compact (11) comprising a mixture of nickel and aluminum powders in proportions corresponding to the formation of an intermetallic material; (c) placing the component (12) supporting the first and second compacts (10, 11) in a high-pressure furnace chamber (1) supplied with neutral gas under hydrostatic pressure up to 1.5 GPa, and having heating elements generally perpendicular to the interfacial surfaces between the component (12) and the compacts (10, 11); (d) on reaching a temperature above 50 degrees C and less than or equal to 500 degrees C, local initiation of the formation of an intermetallic compound NiAl in the second compact (11) by supplementary heating of the free surface of the second compact (11) by means of a graphite plate (5) located parallel to the free surface of the second compact (11); and (e) producing a synthesis reaction by self-propagated combustion at high hydrostatic gas pressure under definite temperature and pressure conditions, so as to provide densification of the compacts (10, 11) and metallurgical bonding between the compact elements (10, 11) and the superalloy component (12).
