A demister for the compressed air according the invention comprises an upper body having an inlet for compressed air and discharge outlet; a lower body having a water discharge hole; an outer shell forming inner space by combination with the upper body and the lower body; a shield plate having a plurality of inclined nozzles and partitioning the inner space into an upper pressure room and a lower pressure room; and a discharge pipe having its one end connected to the discharge outlet and the other end disposed in the lower pressure room, the discharge pipe penetrating through the shield plate.
