摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly accurate ultrasonic flowmeter not affected by the attitudes of a flow pipe and the ultrasonic flowmeter. SOLUTION: Three deformation devices for deforming the flow pipe are disposed on the upstream side and downstream side of the flow of fluid in an ultrasonic transceiver. Also, a fixed part is installed between the ultrasonic transceiver on the upstream side of the flow of the fluid and three deformation devices. In addition, an another fixed part is installed on the upstream side of the three deformation devices. On the downstream side, a further another fixed part is also installed between the ultrasonic transceiver on the downstream side of the flow of the fluid and three deformation devices.
