PURPOSE: A wireless home gateway system for a wireless data communication is provided to interface a wireless home gateway with a door phone, a mobile communication terminal, and an HA(Home Automation) device, which interwork with the wireless data communication, and construct a network. CONSTITUTION: Voice signal processing units(111,171) process voice data from microphones/speakers installed in a door phone and a mobile communication terminal. Image signal processing units(113,173) process image data from a camera installed in the door phone. Codecs(112,172) encode voice and image data processed in the voice signal processing units(111,171) and the image signal processing units(113,173) according to an MPEG(Moving Picture Experts Group) data compression algorithm. Sensor input/ signal output units(114,174) receive an analog sensing signal generated from an HA device, convert the received analog signal into a digital sensing signal, convert a control signal for controlling the HA device into an analog signal, and output the analog signal. Input and output interfaces(114,175) connect to a wireless communication network(150), convert inputted and outputted transmission and reception data into wireless signals, and transmit the wireless signals. Memories(116,176) store software programs necessary for an automation execution, and temporarily store information generated in data process. Control units(117,177) control and interface operation signals with the door phone, the mobile communication terminal, and the HA device on the basis of the execution of the programs stored in the memories(116,176).
