An analysis system and method for providing athletic training and instruction by sensing different types of information, such as video (322), positional information (320), weight transfer information etc and synchronizing the information (314). The synchronized information is replayed for the user in a manner that enables simultaneous viewing of an athletic motion along with calculations and presentation of analysis information related to the athletic motion.
